Grace morning on this sensational and satisfying Saturday.
In life, we have all faced times and seasons of trouble on top of trouble. They don’t look like they’ll ever change, seems like the more you pray the worse it gets. You don’t see any sign of things improving. It’s easy to live discouraged and accept that it’s not meant to be. No doubt, the troubles you’re experiencing now aren’t fun. But the Bible makes it clear they can result in something good. They’ll make your faith stronger. The trouble is not going to last forever. You may be in a difficult time, but that's not how your story ends. That loss is not going to define you. Your present troubles are small and won’t last long. Problems are necessary. They are an indispensable part of preparing you for next level growth. What you’re up against may look permanent, seems like it’s going to take years to get out of debt, or get over the hurt. The trouble is only temporary It’s not going to last very long.
“We have these little troubles that continue for a short time. But as a result, we will receive the great things that God has prepared for us. Those great things are much more important than our little troubles. And God's great things will continue for ever!”
2 Corinthians 4:17 EEB
