Grace morning on this sensational and satisfying Saturday.
Having faith doesn’t exempt us from difficulties; the storms of life come to every person. God is in control in the bad times just as in the good times. He will not allow a storm unless He has a divine purpose for it;
He never said he’d prevent every difficulty, He promised He’ll use every difficulty.
God will direct the winds of the storm to blow you where he wants you to go. If you stay in faith, don’t get bitter and complain, those winds will blow you to a new level.
It may have been meant for your harm, but God knows how to shift the winds, and use them to blow you forward, so you come out better, stronger, and the storm will move you to a place of greater blessing and influence. Instead of using your faith to try to pray away difficulties, you should use it to believe that when the winds stop blowing you’ll be exactly where God wants you to be.
“Jesus said, “Get up, take your bedroll, start walking.” The man was healed on the spot. He picked up his bedroll and walked off. That day happened to be the Sabbath. The Jews stopped the healed man and said, “It’s the Sabbath. You can’t carry your bedroll around. It’s against the rules.””
