Grace morning on this tranquil and terrific Tuesday.
There are times in life that the pressure is so great, the lost is so heavy, the disappointment is so discouraging, we don’t think we can go on. David said, in Psalms 30:5: “Weeping may endure for a night”. You may go through a season of weeping, something that’s break a heart, feels too much to carry. Weeping is not a lack of faith, doesn’t mean you’re not tough enough, it means that your heart is working, it means that you care deeply. The Good News: Even when it seems like you can't go another day against your struggles, God will grant you renewed strength to keep pushing on. He is there for you even in your weakest moments, just as long as you are willing to let Him in. You can be confident that God will not allow anything to happen to you without His permission, and He will not let any “bad thing” happen that will not ultimately bring you more good than destruction.
“Friends, when life gets really difficult, don’t jump to the conclusion that God isn’t on the job. Instead, be glad that you are in the very thick of what Christ experienced. This is a spiritual refining process, with glory just around the corner.”
