Grace morning on this fantastic and festive Friday.
It’s amazing what you can do when you’re put under pressure. When the fire is turned up, seeds you’ve never tapped into begin to open up. Do you wish that you will never have another problem and never be under any pressure from now onwards all the way to eternity? Wouldn’t it be nice? However, all of us know that it will not happen. We are living in an imperfect world. What you do in the under pressure matters. How you respond in the pressure will determine whether you come out better or bitter. You’re not going to understand everything that happens. Life’s not always fair. Sometimes it feels like a wildfire, nothing’s working out. If you say you are too busy to pray and spend time with God, you are basically saying that you are too busy to use the strength from God to solve your problems. In fact, the greater the pressure you are facing right now, the more time you should be spending with God.
“David was in deep trouble because the troops were talking about stoning him. Each of the soldiers was deeply distressed about their sons and daughters. But David found strength in the LORD his God.”
1 Samuel 30:6 CEB
Live, love and I laughed your way through this fantablous Friday!
