Grace morning on this tranquil Tuesday.
We all should have dreams and goals we want to accomplish. We know God put it in our heart, to send our children to college, but we don’t have the means to do it, we don’t have the resources. It seems like we’re limited. But the scripture says (Proverbs 13:22), “The wealth of the ungodly is laid up for the righteous.” One version says, “It will be transferred into the hands of the righteous.” Now you may not be able to accomplish your dreams on your own. What’s in your heart is too big for your bank account. The good news is: a transfer is coming. God doesn’t give you the vision without having provisions. It’s already lined up these transfers: good breaks, divine connections. Because your obedience, because you keep God in first place, you’re faithful, you’re generous, you’re good to others, God said he’s going to take from those who are not using their resources in a positive way and transfer them to the righteous.
““The master was furious. ‘That’s a terrible way to live! It’s criminal to live cautiously like that! If you knew I was after the best, why did you do less than the least?
The least you could have done would have been to invest the sum with the bankers, where at least I would have gotten a little interest. “‘Take the thousand and give it to the one who risked the most. And get rid of this “play-it-safe” who won’t go out on a limb. Throw him out into utter darkness.’”
